Ear, Nose & Throat

Ear Conditions

Ear conditions that go beyond minor ear pain or that linger for more than a couple days should be checked by your doctor. While minor ear congestion or pressure often resolve on their own, infections involving the outer and middle ear can become severe or chronic and may require treatment to avoid issues that can lead to hearing loss, dizziness and speech problems.

Head & Neck Surgery

From various disorders impacting the head, throat, and sinuses to lesions, skin tags and cancers, we are available for comprehensive care, diagnosis, surgery, and post-operative care and education.

Larynx / Vocal Cord Treatments

A hoarse voice, one that is raspy or strained, is the most common symptom of a problem with the larynx or vocal cords. Your vocal cords are located within the larynx. Any irritation, swelling or growth can cause the sound produced by your vocal cords to change in pitch, quality and volume.

Sinus & Nasal Disorders

At Excel ENT, our doctors can diagnose and treat your nasal and sinus ailments, from a stuffy or runny nose to obstructions or nosebleeds. Because the nasal passages, sinus cavities, ears and throat are connected, symptoms can be confusing, so our specialists will perform a thorough exam to find the cause of your symptoms.

Snoring / Sleep Apnea

Snoring occurs because breathing passages narrow during sleep, causing air to move more quickly through the passages and vibrate soft tissues at the back of the throat and in the sinuses. The muscles that open our throat during the day relax during sleep, which can lead to light snoring that grows louder when relaxed muscles allow more obstruction in the throat.

Tonsillectomy / Adenoidectomy

The tonsils and adenoids protect the body from infection, both by working with the immune system antibodies to protect the throat and lungs, and by trapping any bacteria that you may breathe in. Unfortunately, the tonsils themselves can become infected and the adenoids, especially in young children, can be enlarged to the point they interfere with breathing and ear drainage.
