Dr. Blumer
Scott W. Blumer, D.O. is a surgeon of Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) and has been in practice for more than 20 years. As a lifetime resident of northeast Ohio, he was born in North Canton, Ohio, and received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University. After receiving his medical degree from A.T. Still University Health Sciences in Kirksville, Missouri, he completed the required five-year residency at the Ohio University regional training site located at Doctors Hospital in Massillon, Ohio.
Dr. Blumer has partnered with Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in providing clinical experience to its medical students for over 20 years. Dr. Blumer served as the Chief of Surgery at Affinity Medical Center in Massillon, Ohio and currently serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Aultman Orrville Hospital. Dr. Blumer is an active member of numerous organizations, including American Osteopathic Assocation, American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology & Otolaryngology as well as Ohio State Medical Association.
Shera L. Kile, AuD. has extensive audiological experience with nearly 30 years of combined education and application experience. Dr. Kile has worked in the educational setting, private practice setting and hospital based / Ear, Nose and Throat Specialty settings.
Diagnostic hearing evaluations and finding appropriate hearing correction solutions are her speciality areas. Dr. Kile has unique ability to relate to all ages and achieve exceptional results for an individual’s hearing needs.
Dr. Kile received her Doctorate from A.T. Still University and her B.A. and M.S. from Kent State University.

Jennifer Moyer, CNP
Jennifer Moyer graduated from Malone College with a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) in 2002. There, she was a member of Sigma Theta Tau which is an honor society for nursing. Jennifer returned to Malone College and graduated with an MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) in 2007. She has been licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2007.
Jennifer has a wide range of work experience including oncology, pediatric and family practice. Jennifer has worked in the allergy/pulmonary field for the last 13 years treating both children and adults.
